Speaker 1: Good morning, and thank you, Sherry. And now we're going to go on to the [inaudible 00:00:07] Website of the Year. As we can see from this next slide, this has been a long tradition and a friendly competition to help improve the content, being able to navigate through these easily, and of course, being accessible. Here's the last few years' winners, as you can tell. This slide's a little different. Did you notice there's a legacy moniker on it? And that's the competition of the past winners. We didn't want to leave them out, because they're also doing continuous improvement, so we want to acknowledge that. This was last year. Fabulous websites. And now, the whole purpose of us, or especially for me being up here, let's find out what this year is. Let me give you, first, an acknowledgement. We don't have time to read them all out. If the people are in here, if you can stand, and let's give you a round of applause, because this would not be possible without these people. They had a particularly tough challenge this year, I have to admit; the shortest amount of lead time we had, and also they had the highest completion rate we've ever had. We usually have a very high completion rate, but never 100% [inaudible 00:01:31] and never 100% for our final round. It is 100%, 100% this year. So they just did a fabulous job, they did a lot of sacrifice of their time. And it's really reflective of their commitment to the [inaudible 00:01:44] system. Thank you so much. Okay, a quick review of the components. This is all available on [inaudible 00:01:55] website. This is the three things: content, design and layout, and accessibility. Here's the tool we use. And you can see the idea here is to make sure it's user-friendly, so user-friendly content: obviously, you can navigate through it easily, and then of course, accessibility. So, let's move on to this year. This is the finalists. These are what we ended up calling the emergent websites. These are past champions. We have three, and it's Hawaii, Michigan, and Vermont. And these are past champions: Louisiana and Washington. And we went over it very quickly, but if you notice that slide on Washington, it looks very different from what it looked like when they won in years past. So our winner is Michigan. And our next winner is, this is the legacy, Louisiana. [inaudible 00:03:07] continuing to improve it, even though these legacy champions don't rest on their laurels. And so it's very admirable how they're doing continuous work. And so that's it for us and the team. Again, thank you from the team. And the rest of this day is full of breakout sessions, so they're exciting, they're learning opportunities [inaudible 00:03:35]. Enjoy the rest of your day.
